Crude Coconut Oil (CNO)
Crude Coconut Oil is produced by pressing the crude oil from the coconut's copra, because it pressed from dried coconut meat.
Coconut Cooking Oil (RBD CNO)
After the crude coconut oil has been expressed, then it is “refined” to eliminates contaminants and other impurities.
Virgin Coconut Oil (VCO)
Virgin Coconut Oil (VCO) is produced by cold-pressing the liquid from the coconut meat, so in next stage is extracting the oil from milk.
Hydrogenate Coconut Oil (HCNO)
The hydrogenation process decreases the content of unsaturated fatty acids, therefore it make lower level in coconut oil and increase melting point.
High Fat Desiccated Coconut (HFDC)
Desiccated Coconut high fat is simply coconut meat that has been grated and dried, therefore natural fat content still attached in it.
Low Fat Desiccated Coconut (LFDC)
Desiccated coconut low fat is a product of coconut milk or coconut cream powder manufacturing process, so it has lower fat content.
